PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Any information obtained by Hale Maluhia, either through web forms or on site, is used only for guest services and is not shared, given, sold or transmitted to any third parties at any time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon making a reservation, you will be required to submit a $600 deposit. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  For cancellation less than 60 days of your check-in, Security Deposit shall be forfeited. For cancellations less than 30 days of your check-in date (60 days for arrivals 12/5 to 1/5 and 5/15 to 9/5) your full rent and taxes will be forfeited (unless dates can be re-booked) and Security Deposit shall be returned.

The security deposit is provided as security against damage to Hale Maluhia or property, theft, late check out, and violation of any of the guest's agreements contained in this Agreement. Final settlement of the security deposit will be made as soon as possible, but in no event later than 30 days after the departure date. Security Deposit shall be refunded in full within 14 days of departure date provided there is no damage.

Owners unilaterally and at their sole discretion reserve the right to change or cancel the reservation for any reason with refunds made accordingly in the event this property becomes unavailable for rent. Owners agree to use best efforts to secure an equivalent rental property. If this is not possible, the Owners reserve the right to cancel this reservation and return all monies to Guests.

Guest agrees to allow Owner and/or assignees the right to enter due to the following:

A) To make necessary or agreed upon repairs; B) to supply services agreed upon; C) in case of an emergency, Owner reserves the right to enter at anytime for the purpose of safe keeping or prevention of further damage.  Note: Please notify us if you will be absent from the property for more than 2 days.
